Refund Policy
Original Artwork
Original artwork is acquired by inquiry rather than through an automated store checkout. The studio will confirm the work, price, framing, delivery costs, and payment terms with the collector before payment is requested.
Reservations
An artwork may be reserved for up to one week. A reservation is not a completed sale until the agreed payment is received.
Refund Questions
Because the terms of each original artwork placement or commission may differ, refund or cancellation questions are handled according to the written terms confirmed for that specific transaction. Contact the studio before payment if you need clarification about cancellation or return terms.
Shipping Issues
Works are documented before dispatch. If a shipment arrives with visible damage, contact the studio promptly and retain the artwork, packaging, and shipping materials so the issue can be documented and addressed with the applicable carrier or insurer.
