Information You Choose to Send

If you contact The Iron Spur by email, request information about a work, discuss a commission, or request inclusion on the art release list, the studio receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

Email Sign Up

The current subscription form opens an email addressed to the studio. The site itself does not store the email address in a separate website database. If a dedicated email marketing service is connected later, this policy should be updated to identify that provider and its data practices.

Payments

Card payments may be processed through Squarespace after an acquisition or commission has been confirmed. Payment information entered into a third party payment service is handled under that provider's terms and privacy practices rather than stored by this static website.

External Links

The site may link to services such as Instagram and payment providers. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
